**Responsibilities**:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and play a critical role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage supplier interactions, quotes, and quality standards, aiming for cost-effective procurement.
- Raise purchase orders for project-specific products and maintain stock levels.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Arrange transport, provide costings to sales, and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Interact with Sales and Management teams daily to ensure smooth operations and customer care.
- Manage installation team schedules and product/material logistics.
- Create and manage safety paperwork and quality assurance documents to meet standards.
- Enlarge our supplier pool to diversify product offerings.
- Establish and manage accounts with suppliers for both products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service throughout their interactions with Denliz.
- Participate in accounts payable meetings with accounts and management to support financial operations.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Track Record in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar operations coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
