Large Govt Services team require an Payments Officer to join their team. 12 month contract. Great rates.

**Your new company** A well known Government Health and Community Service provider is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 12 month+ contract role. Requiring great communication and customer service skills along with strong Accounts Payable knowledge.

**Your new role**

Working in the Payments Team in Western Sydney your key duties will include:

- Communication with suppliers and clients on invoice queries
- Manual invoice and payment processing
- Reconciliations
- Resolving payment issues

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Clear and professional communication skills - written and verbal
- Solid accounts payable process knowledge
- Strong systems skills and able to use a range of ERP and internal document systems
- Able to work to KPIs and resolve payment queries in a timely manner
- Australian Citizenship is required for this Federal Govt role
