This busy equipment supplier located in Moorebank, just off the M5, has a position vacant for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing team.

Your new role
- Enter supplier invoice related to PO into Docuphase Verify
- 3-way check for all supplier invoices processed for payment
- Purchase order
- Delivery docket(shipment)
- Supplier invoices
- Resolve problem invoice stuck in Docuphase workflow, seeking constant approval from buyers (Purchasing)
- Run weekly and monthly payment via GP Smartlist as per payment terms of supplier approved by CFO
- Reconcile supplier statement, ensuring every transaction are captured and reconciled each month
- Communicate to supplier for any discrepancies
- Process credit notes received upon verification
- Create and Maintain Creditor ID in the database upon approval by CFO
- Process PO on GRNI and reconcile as per report clearing anything older
- Reconcile Unallocated Payment
- Action prepayment request approved by CFO
- Send out the remittance on all the payment
- Any other backup tasks when team members are on leave
- Any other tasks as required by CFO

What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong math skills and an aptitude for working with numbers
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
