You will be responsible for liaising with clients and other business units to ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of all assigned client payments & statement mailings including annual tax statements

**Ideally we would be looking for someone who has had experience in regards to calculating dividends/distributions/interest payments from a registry or custody perspective.**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage assigned payments & statement mailings, whilst adhering to the payment process procedures and audit requirements.
- Preparation of project documentation;
- Manage the tax statement process as per procedures and audit requirements.
- Work directly with the client service managers and clients to confirm requirements for each payment.
- Provide a high quality of client service at all times.
- Communicate with and manage a variety of stakeholders.
- Coordinate & manage multiple payment projects at one time.
- Contribute ideas to improve the payments process

**Key Skills**
- Knowledge of ASX listing rules; CHESS procedures & guidelines; and dividend payment process.
- Prior custody or registry experience in regards to calculating dividends/ distributions/ interest payments from a registry or custody perspective.
- Eager and willing to learn and have the ability to pick up and understand the payment concepts quickly.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Professional customer service skills
