IT Support Officer

One of Australia's trusted provider of health and wellbeing is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join their team in Melbourne.
This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the IT systems and services, ensuring service standards and internal client needs are met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the IT helpdesk, troubleshooting and resolving issues and outages
- Manage, prioritise and resolve service request tickets
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
**Skills and Experience**:
- Level 1/2 IT Support
- Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows Server, SQL Server and Active Directory & Zendesk.
