You must have the following experience:

- Customer service experience
- Health sector experience would be advantageous
- IT Qualification or basic IT knowledge
- High-volume Call center experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support from a technical perspective
- Ensure the resolution of customer queries
- Provide exceptional customer service support
- Provide IT support/troubleshooting over the phone
