**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates, including reporting to the client and project team
- Implement cost control measures to ensure the project stays within budget
- Oversight of procurement activities and managing letting of contracts within budget including future variations
- Review and approve project invoices and change orders
- Monitor and report on project financial performance
- Manage procurement and subcontractor agreements
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Marketing and business development activities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices
- Experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably in education, commercial, high tech, health
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment
