The Role
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities, including market research, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
- Develop financial models and projections to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of various investment scenarios.
- Analyze market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investors.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies to optimize returns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate investment analysis.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Sound understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and risk management.
- Excellent research abilities and ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
