The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a growth mindset and a positive attitude who wants to build a career with Australia’s leading residential real estate company.
You’ll need to embrace change and be open to working with exciting programs like RealHub, RealTime Agent, ActivePipe, CampaignAgent, and the Microsoft Automation suite. Strong real estate sales knowledge in either NSW or QLD is essential, and you’ll have the chance to learn about sales support in other states.

A Day In The Life
In this role, you’ll report to the Leader - Sales Support & Systems and be responsible for:

- Reviewing and updating contracts and listing authorities
- Managing listing files from start to finish
- Arranging and designing sign boards and advertising
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting the Sales team with various tasks
- Supporting projects to improve efficiency

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- A current Certificate of Registration/Licence (QLD or NSW)
- Experience in real estate administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in real estate software (experience with MRI Vault, RealHub, and Microsoft Suite is a plus)
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Real estate sales knowledge in either QLD or NSW, with a desire to expand expertise into other states
