**THE ROLE**

Due to exponential growth at Scape, we are seeking a Investment Associate. As an Investment Associate at Scape, you'll play a vital role in our investment activities. Your expertise in real estate, corporate finance, or related fields will be invaluable as you analyse investment opportunities, conduct cash flow modelling, and assess the feasibility of new development projects.

You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, utilising your entrepreneurial mindset to make informed investment decisions and drive our growth in the Australian real estate market.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

A key position within our growing Investment Management (IM)team, the Investment Associate, will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day activities of our IM team. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the business to make critical decisions and successfully navigate the full life cycle of investment management.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields.
- Understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and the real estate development process (desirable).
- Extensive experience in cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques, including feasibility analysis and reporting of new development projects.
- Excellent numerical and financial modelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
