**About the role**:
MUFG Bank, Ltd supports top-tier Institutional Real Estate clients across APAC, including Listed Corporates, Sponsors and Fund Managers. Due to significant growth in the Oceania business over the last 2 years, MUFG are hiring an additional resource in Sydney to assist in the delivery of the business objectives.

**What you’ll be doing**:
In your role as Associate, your key role will be to support an existing set of clients in the Real Estate sector within Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB), Oceania. This will involve:

- Be a secondary point of contact for the coverage of the Bank’s institutional real estate clients
- Primary point of contact for Portfolio Management, Credit and Product teams
- Lead research and analytics to support origination of new business
- Transaction coordination and support for Real Estate deal teams across a variety of structures and products
- Responsibility of internal processes including the strategic account planning process, pipeline and KYC processes

**What we are looking for**:

- 3-5 years experience in in Real Estate sector and Corporate Banking Finance field, experience managing clients
- Tertiary Qualifications in related field including Finance, banking, business related degree from a leading university
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and deal structures
- Broad understanding of product offering available to clients
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
