Altis Property Partners (Altis) is an Australian based Private Equity Real Estate Investment Group primarily focused on value-add strategies. Altis has extensive experience and expertise in industrial, office, retail warehouse, residential and other specialist real estate sectors across the risk spectrum including core, value-add and development. Altis was recently acquired by Barings and has joined the global real estate platform. The opportunity sits within significant value-add investment platforms managed via a private equity approach across alternative commercial real estate sectors. The core approach is to lead, enhance and support: funds management, growth projects (development, capex and acquisitions), stabilised asset portfolio and operating business activities. - Job Summary_ - Primary Responsibilities_ - Lead portfolio analytics, fund reporting, internal reporting, and portfolio valuations - Preparation of investment proposals for value-add initiatives (development, capex, acquisitions) - Planning, implementation and oversight of asset level investment analytics and reporting - Assist in various strategic initiatives incl. capital management (debt and equity) and M&A activity - Oversight and support the annual budget process and ongoing reporting (asset and portfolio level) - Travel to the operating business head office, operating assets and project sites (
