**About the role**
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimising and supporting the sales function to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall client success. This is a multi-faceted role heavily reliant on strong communication and collaboration, attention to detail and process management coupled with analytical aptitude.
- Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage jobs and projects from quote to settlement ensuring completion to client expectations and service delivery KPIs, including pricing, requoting, and settling jobs.
- Analyse sales and CRM data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for informed decision making to Sales team and the Executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Manage and deliver weekly, monthly, or quarterly client reports including updating various partner portals in line with contractual obligations.
- Manage special projects ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, regularly assess and adjust forecasts based on market trends, sales performance, and budgets.
- Recruit, onboard and induct new Sales team members on best practice.
- Act as a key business escalation point within the business for items relating to sales service delivery, inclusive of after-hours contact.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Administration Management or similar Management role within IT or Telecoms industries.
- Experience managing multisite projects.
- Expertise in MS Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environments.
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate and Self-motivated.
**Desired Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in IT Services industry.
