**Exciting opportunity for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our QLD Team**

AllAces Cleaning & Restoration is a market leader providing high-quality restoration and specialised cleaning services to government, commercial and residential customers.  AllAces has been trading for over 34 years throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

We are looking for an individual who will manage and develop our Queensland Operations team. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to:

- Providing technical guidance and supervision to restoration technicians and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed safely and to a high standard of quality.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including regular updates to clients and other stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures, including conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify potential issues or challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in restoration project management, with a demonstrated track record of success in planning, coordinating, and completing complex restoration projects. (desirable not required)
- Experience with project management, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Strong technical skills in restoration techniques and practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise restoration technicians and subcontractors.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 3 years (required)
