Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to provide high-level strategic support and advice for a key reform project.

**Purpose of the role**:
As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of high-level strategic support and advice for the development of the departments data reform agenda. This includes the development of the departments long-term strategy and plans, and management of engagements with a broad range of stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Design and formulate strategies, leveraging research and analysis to identify areas of risk, gaps, trends, emerging issues, and ongoing needs
- Actively identify, analyse and seek innovative solutions to transform the department’s data practices across all life cycle stages, using contemporary examples, networks, tools and research
- Support and facilitate initiatives that enhance data as a mainstream function through strategic planning, data maturity improvements, advanced analytics, and data management initiatives
- Prepare accurate and relevant strategic plans, schedules, briefings, and reports to inform executive decision making, strategic planning process and alignment of strategy to business requirements
