The Opportunity

Maveri
is leading a confidential search for a
Data Strategy & Orchestration Lead
on behalf of our client, a fast-growing B2B company with a modern, data-driven GTM strategy. This is a foundational opportunity to be the chief architect of the data layer that powers the entire commercial engine.

You won't just be managing a CRM; you'll be
building the intelligent connections between Salesforce, cutting-edge orchestration platforms (like Clay), and advanced propensity models
. This is a high-impact role for a data-minded operator who wants to see their work translate directly into smarter targeting, higher conversion rates, and a tangible impact on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Strategy & Architecture
    : Define and own the data architecture, catalogue, and governance policies across Salesforce (SFDC), Clay, and other internal/external data sources.
  • Orchestration & Automation
    : Build and manage the data flows between SFDC and enrichment platforms, using webhooks, APIs, and scheduled jobs to create a seamless data ecosystem.
  • Propensity Model Activation
    : Partner with external data science teams to operationalize propensity models, turning predictive signals into actionable campaign segments and sales plays.
  • Data Quality & Governance
    : Implement and maintain robust rules for enrichment, standardization, hygiene, and deduplication to ensure a clean and accurate database.
  • Insight & Reporting
    : Build and manage dashboards to monitor data quality, coverage, campaign list performance, and the overall health of the GTM data layer.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Sales Ops / RevOps role with a deep understanding of the SFDC data model.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles, including schemas, field mapping, and debugging sync issues.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a love for structure, checklists, and tidy backlogs.
  • Analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets; some SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment and orchestration tools (e.g., , ZoomInfo, Clearbit) is highly desirable.
