As we move, shake, expand and scale, we're on the lookout for an authentic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to come and join our People Team.

As you will be working with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will appreciate the importance of metrics and insights, effective communication and timely execution. We're a tech company, so you'll be enabled with systems and processes, all you need to do is be comfortable working with them.
**What does success look like in this role?**
By the 3-month mark, you will be fully conversant with our business, recruitment processes and which levers to pull to drive a successful hire.
After 6 months, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end recruitment at Noggin. Fundamentally, you'll be responsible for working with our hiring managers and Head of People to ensure that we hire the best and brightest and that we proactively pipeline for upcoming roles.
After 12-18 months, you'll have successfully hired a number of roles and you will have introduced some business / process improvements that enable us to continue to run a best practice hiring process.
