**Our client is an outstanding accounting firm based in modern offices in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. They currently have a vacancy for a passionate and energetic Office Administrator.**
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Coordination of ATO Correspondence
- Maintenance of the ATO Tax Agent Portal & client database
- Maintenance of, and updating of, Accounting software and other in house software as required and liaison with the various software providers and support
- Generation of invoices, credit notes & disbursements
- Petty cash management
- Reception duties when required, such as meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls and taking messages, mail handling, organizing catering and other general reception duties.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Well presented
- Enjoys being part of a fun, social team
