**Description**:
**SUMMARY**:
This role supports management in the continuous review of Marketing Strategies for Cornell Corporation to ensure relevancy and effectiveness. Research, plan and execute marketing activities in line with the Marketing Coordinator.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
- Assist with the coordination of events including trade shows, trade nights and training
- Assist with the management of company websites ensuring they are maintained, relevant and up to date
- Manage SEO, Google AdWords, Remarketing to ensure all group companies performance is optimised on Google
- Manage all social media campaigns and marketing including content writing, scheduling and performance monitoring
- Be actively involved in the development of e-commerce platforms
- Assist with the development of channel management strategies to optimise sales growth and margins
- Understand complex channels to market and devise, plan and execute relevant and effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct and assist with market research
- Assist with ideas and content
- Assist with presentation for management meetings
- Assist with capturing, reviewing & presenting data/leads from marketing campaigns

**KPI RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Google Ranking of all companies
- Digital management of all 6 companies
- Shared responsibility for sales targets and the achievement of targets
- Return on Ad Spend
- Website Growth & Social Media Engagement - Organic Traffic
- Event Attendance

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Business (preferably Marketing)
- Current Driver’s License

**Role Type**:

- In-house - Permanent - Full-time - Associate

**Pay Rate**:

- 60000 AUD - 70000 AUD (Annum)
