This role suits a proactive, highly organised communicator who enjoys switching between creative marcoms projects and meticulous administrative work.
This position is full time and ongoing beginning 9 February 2026.
About the role
You will drive our strategic marketing presence across digital and print channels, coordinate key publications and events, and ensure our brand is consistently represented. Alongside this, you’ll support the Principal with confidential administrative tasks, diary management and high-quality written communications.
Key responsibilities
- Executive support: Provide confidential assistance to the Principal, manage the calendar/meetings, take minutes, coordinate small‑meeting catering, organise staff gifts/events, and liaise with P&F, Management and Events.
- Content & correspondence: Draft high-quality blogs, letters, speeches and emails for the Principal.
- Publications & reporting: Coordinate and manage or oversee publications such as the fortnightly newsletter, Annual Report, Yearbook, and Prospectus.
- Policies & documents: Maintain and convert Handbooks, Policies and other e‑documents; keep the College Calendar up to date.
- Recruitment admin: Write and post employment ads, respond to enquiries, compile applicants and arrange interviews.
- Marketing strategy and budget: Create, implement and monitor the Strategic Marketing Plan and manage the marketing budget.
- Digital and social media: Lead content and community management across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn; measure performance and adjust plans.
- Website and platforms: Oversee the website’s marketing impact, including SEO.
- Design and brand assets: Produce creative for print and digital (prospectus, brochures, flyers, banners, signage), bus/billboard skins, and LED entrance sign and LMS updates.
- Events and promotions: Plan advertising, promotions and supporting publications for College events including the annual Open Day.
- Photography & video: Organise professional shoots; provide backup photography for major events; manage photo data platform and support staff use.

About you – Selection criteria
- Demonstrated identification with the Christian ethos of the College.
- Proficient across multiple programs: InDesign, Word, Excel, WordPress, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Publisher, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Forms/Sheets; able to learn Synergetic, Gateway and Pixevety.
- Highly organised, discreet and professional, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written communication: able to craft stories, emails, letters, speeches, blogs and reports with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Basic skills in graphic design, photography and videography.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and executive assistance, with relevant formal qualifications or equivalent experience.
