Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Service Transition Analyst to support the successful delivery of project initiatives within their end user computing space.
Your new role will see you working closely with a range of delivery resources to assess the impact and implement change and communications to ensure the end user group is aware of changes coming their way. You will coordinate and confirm help and support materials for EUC communication and well as prepare the IT Support teams before the changes are delivered. Ultimately, you will play a key role in making sure the business is supported and prepared for improvement to their workplace technology.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Experience providing input into the Change Advisory Board
- Demonstrated experience in IT project coordination/ support
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Collaborative and team focused working style
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility on offer.
