The Transitional Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the Operations Managers, Clinical Leads and the multidisciplinary team to support the Women’s and Children’s Division. The role will provide leadership, project management and oversight in the planning, implementation and evaluation of operational planning projects for the Women’s and Children’s with the amalgamation of Bacchus Marsh (BM) and Western Health.

The role will be required to work collaboratively across Western Health but is based predominantly at Bacchus Marsh to ensure planned deliverables are achieved in an effective and efficient manner by:

- Continuing to supporting the safe transition of paediatric and Special Care Nursery Services at Bacchus Marsh Hospital into Western Health paediatric service
- Working with key stakeholders finalise the implementation of the Maternity and gynaecology transition work plans
- With the Clinical Leads support the Senior Medical staffing portfolio across the Division of Women’s and Children’s
- Hold the gynaecology portfolio across the Division to support transition
