**POSITION**

A Project Coordinator position has now become available due to the company's growing success with winning projects and subsequent increased client & customer demand.

This role isn a perfect opportunity for anyone experienced within drafting (AutoCAD experience is a must) who is motivated to progress their career further into Project Management.
- Prepare clear, complete, accurate working plans, layouts, schematics and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches, notes or Consultant specifications and drawings.
- Identify project scope gap and pursue growth opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Provide input for job costing, time plans and fee preparation activities in consultation with the Project Manager
- Maintaining and monitoring projects plannings, project schedules, work hours, resourcing, budgets, and expenditures
- Assist project managers with workplace health and safety documentation and inductions for site works
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, and all documentation is maintained current for each project
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Maintain weekly team check ins and support outputs

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Experience in any _Drafting_, _Design,_ _AV Engineering_, _Project Coordination_, _Pre-Sales_, or similiar type of role
- This **MUST** be coming from **AV/VC, ICT, Electrical, Lighting Control** or a **similiar industry**:

- Demonstrated skill with AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills, and a high level of competence using Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and time management skills
