- Undertaking research and providing ongoing high-level support and delivery of key strategic projects across the Children’s services portfolio, linking with other corporate planning initiatives.

- Utilising your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to champion change - supporting our employees, managers, customers, and community to evolve.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Use your early childhood knowledge and experience to guide quality practices and continuous improvement.
- Oversight and compliance against the Education and Care National Regulations and National Quality standards
- Coordinate the unit’s quality assurance continuous improvement actions.
- Lead the quarterly compliance review.

- **Package from**:$82,668 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**: 12-month Temporary fixed term contract, working 35 hours per week, 19-day month
