Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Sutherland and sydney areas, NSW. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring project milestones are met. The Project Manager will work closely with clients to ensure their expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and Inspection
  • Skills in Expediting and as an Expeditor
  • Logistics Management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant certifications or degree in Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience in residential construction or renovation is essential
