Your new company

This rapidly growing facilities company are already worth 200 million dollars, and only getting bigger. With this they are expanding their HR team and have a number of exciting projects coming up. One newly created role is that of the Recruitment Resourcer. As it is a newly created role, you will start off temp before converting to permanent.

Your new role

  • You will manage the recruitment efforts for around 300 casual roles across Australia
  • You will post the adverts on job boards using templates
  • Screening applicants via phone
  • Scheduling interviews for candidates with on-site managers
  • Compliance and onboarding

You will need

  • 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination role
  • High level administration skills
  • Strong communication
  • You must be immediately available to start (notice period of up to 1 week)
  • You must have full Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visas)
