This leading University are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistants to provide executive support and organisation to a Senior Executive within their Communications and Marketing Portfolio.

Your brand-new role will see you responsible for executive communications, stakeholder coordination, administrative duties and portfolio support.

**Key accountabilities**
- Act as the point of contact for Senior Executive, handling queries, screening calls, analysing the criticality of requests, prioritising and actioning requests of a sensitive matter
- Prepare and review high-level complex communications across the broader Communications and Marketing Portfolio ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Research, analyse, collate and provide operational detail to the Senior Executive to support informed decision-making and planning
- Contribute and at times lead the setting up of meeting cadence, administrative support to key governance forums and team event coordination

**Skills and experience**
- Experience working in senior executive support and secretariat roles, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the day-to-day activities including diary management, handling enquiries and correspondence preparation and management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to prepare high-quality written materials in multiple formats
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality whilst undertaking several concurrent tasks
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to act with a large degree of autonomy and under broad direction to undertake a range of complex tasks with mínimal direct supervision
