About the Role
The Administrative Support Officer is a member of the Client Services Team and is accountable for providing quality customer service, project and operational support for the effective administration of funds paid into Court for persons under a legal disability. This role coordinates administrative functions across the Client Services section of FIC. The position reports to the Client Services Manager via the Team Leader.
About You
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative or operational support.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, professional, customer focussed, administrative services.
- Experience using administrative systems, in particular, Microsoft Office suite, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the trustee industry would be highly regarded.
