**The Role**:

- Responsible for project and steering committee meeting minutes and actions
- Weekly reporting pack creation and distribution
- Steering committee pack consolidation & report coordination
- Project document control
- Meeting coordination
- Basic financial controls (PO management, raising requisitions, etc.)
- Risk/issue collation and consolidation
- Chasing project team members for action updates, risk updates, status updates
- Resource tracking (leave registers, timesheet coordination, contract tracking)
- Raise track and chase resource requests
- Provide guidance on templates and best practice PMO reporting

**Your background**:

- Exposure to IT programs would be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and listening skills
- Experience working in a support role in a PMO
- Proven ability to produce, consult and follow through on components of project plans
- High level of competence in using project tools
- Able to work with ambiguity
- Experience with Smartsheets or MS Project desirable

This role will be paying between $500-$600 per day on an initial 6 month contract.
