**The Role**:
The BG&E Bridge team is well established with a reputation for assisting with the delivery of high-quality design and advisory solutions to our clients for a variety of projects, from private asset owners, contractors to state government agencies. The team is passionate about they work they do and are looking for a like-minded person to join them.
- What to expect day to day_:
- Provide project coordination & support to project teams across a variety of sectors
- Word processing of technical documents, correspondence, reports and other project related requirements
- Document Control utilising company and client software (QDMS, Team binder)
- Working with the commercial and project teams to ensure efficient contract administration processes are adhered to, including project contracts, subconsultant agreements and other related commercial documentation
- Coordination of project mobilisation, inductions and travel requirements
- Support regional growth through the preparation and coordination of high-quality proposals, compiling inputs from a variety of stakeholders
- Monitoring of publicly available tender and news sites to support the development of the group pipeline and coordination of pipeline entries within company systems
- Monthly updates to backlog and project resourcing within BST
- Group meeting facilitation, agenda management and minute taking
- Provide marketing support through the development of quality project data sheets, presentations and other collateral
- Develop and maintain company CVs and skills database
- Ensure compliance across the group with Risk Management, Quality assurance and HSEQ Management systems
- Provision of support to other functions as required
- Maintenance of QA registers
- HR support including assisting with the onboarding of new team members
- Providing ad hoc support to business leaders in support of growth initiatives
**About you**
You'll be an energetic, motivated individual with a passion for excellent stakeholder service and bring the following:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with a willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with InDesign would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in the construction, engineering and/or consulting industries advantageous
