Must have A to Z Conveyancing or Commercial Property Paralegal experience
**The Role**
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be running and assisting on large commercial developments, body corporate, leasing, subdivision and property dispute files from start to finish working closely with the Senior Lawyer. Duties include assisting the commercial team with property transactions, preparation and reviewing contracts under the supervision of a Senior Lawyer, preparation of large contracts and leasing documents, and general file management duties.
**Your experience**
You will have a minimum of 4 years Conveyancing or Commercial Property Paralegal experience.
**The Law Firm / Salary**
Well established law firm of 20 staff. Offer weekly drinks, free dry cleaning for staff. Salary is between $90,000-$110,000 + Super. Also offer work from home options (up to 2 days a week after training).
