**About the role**:
The Data Insight Analyst role is for some who is curious and loves working with data Has strong data mining experience to identify new and emerging patterns/trends and able to analyse and/or visualise this in an effective and intuitive presentation with actionable insights.

You will be responsible for understanding business needs, challenges and opportunities through data analytics with the use of effective visualisation tools to convey actionable insights for target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Business Stakeholders to understand use case requirements and to help identify opportunities to deliver business value.
- Working on a range of different data sets, manipulating data to make it consumable with potential effective visualisation of actionable insights, pre-empting questions that deliver insights.
- Identify and document business metrics, working to standardise data sources and definitions.
- Collaborate with data engineers and input into the build of data assets that supports successful dashboard visualisation for target state solution.

***Your Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced data analytics and visualisation experience using Power BI.
- Strong working knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, SAS.
- Skilled in querying data from a range of technologies particularly focused on relational databases.
- Strong Stakeholder management with an ability to directly deal with the business.
- Providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the team.
- Some exposure to equivalent practices within big data solutions.
