Customer Service Representative - Minto Based

We are a market-leading flooring manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our sales team.

Position Purpose

Areas of Responsibility
- Develop rapport with Customers
- Provide product and sales support to the sales team and customers with a focus on CRM administration
- Conduct account tasks for clients including processing of orders/ credits, stock procurement, and coordination of deliveries to meet project installation deadlines.
- Plays an active role in maximising sales and cash flow results by optimising proactive order management, stock allocation and shipping of orders.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure customers remain committed to taking delivery of orders as per agreed delivery dates. Negotiate the needs of storage, fees, invoicing with customers.
- Drive positive relationships through interfacing with the Planning, Sales, Dispatch, Production and Quality Teams to ensure the customer needs are met.
- Demonstrate safe working behaviours

Qualifications and Experience required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Polished and professional demeanour
- Experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Experience using CRM
- Strong Computer Skills
- JDE/SAP preferred
- Accurate data entry with high attention to detail
