**About the role**:
This company is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, as well as performing office administration and data entry tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Perform general office administration duties, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Assist with data entry tasks, such as updating customer records and inputting sales data into the company database
- Support other team members and departments as needed
