What is a typical workday?

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm

Dragonfly Shipping is seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives for an exciting new opportunity on our Customer Service Team

About the role:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the customer’s experience exceeds their expectations. This opportunity allows for a mix of Working from Home, in the Head Office (Greenslopes) and at the Depot (Salisbury).

Responsibilities include:

- Providing a superior customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints & instructions;
- Collaborate with delivery partners and operation supervisors;
- Data entry as needed;
- Escalate special cases to supervisors;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports;

About you:
As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Have experience in a customer service position;
- Love to have a meaningful impact;

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
- Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software;
- Ability to quickly problem solve to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
