Due to an internal promotion, and the acquisition of four new branches, we have an opportunity for someone to join our Australian and New Zealand finance team, focusing on Accounts Receivable for Australia.

This opportunity is full time, permanent and based at our Head Office in Ballarat.

This job will see you join an experienced tight knit finance team where you will be responsible for:

- Debtor Credit Application and the setup of Debtors
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Debtor collection and management
- Monthly debtor statements
- Monthly debtor reports
- Payments plan management
- General assistance to the Australian branches

**The key skills required for this role include**:

- A quick learner with superb administration skills and practices
- Proven accounts payable experience
- Team player willing to go the extra mile for others
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
