**Senior Business Analyst - Kronos/People Systems**

**Contract, 12 months (possible extensions to follow), $820 - $860 inc super, p/d**

**Attribute is pleased to partner with this household brand as it seeks a Business Analyst to work on a major initiative involving the migration of People Data from legacy systems to Kronos Dimensions for an enterprise organisation. We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on People Data migrations (ideally into a Kronos environment), to work in an agile, fast-paced, complex environment.**

**Hybrid - Sydney or Brisbane based**

**The Position**:
You will utilise your core BA responsibilities/ duties to help facilitate a migration of People Data from legacy systems to Kronos Dimensions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Core Business Analyst duties but not exclusive to:

- Collaborating with Business stakeholders and the Project team to provide concept, feasibility analysis and non-functional requirements for initiatives.
- Elicit, analyse, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies.
- Development of Business and process requirements, QA of proposed solutions and test scenarios.

**Your Key Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working on People Systems migrations, ideally a migration of People Data from legacy systems to **Kronos Dimensions**:

- Experience as a BA in complex, enterprise environments
- Working with diverse Business stakeholders to influence solutions
- Coupled with tertiary level qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering or Economics.
