Who are we?
Immerge is a specialist recruitment firm, where we connect top talent with leading companies in the Technology, Engineering and Industrial sectors. At Immerge, we are committed to helping companies find the right candidates who can bring technical expertise and industry-specific knowledge to their organisations.
The Role: Enterprise Trainer – ERP Program / Training Development - SYD OR Perth
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Trainer to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ERP, creating training plans from scratch and full cycle ERP rollout experience. With no existing training collateral in place, this role is critical to building a high-impact training framework from scratch. As an Enterprise Trainer you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of training plans and a national roll out while ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Design and develop end-user training materials and guides for ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse operations.
- Deliver in-person, virtual, and recorded training sessions tailored to a range of business users, from frontline warehouse teams to finance staff.
- Develop role-based learning pathways that reflect real-world business usage and operational needs.
- Coordinate training schedules in alignment with the ERP rollout and stakeholder availability.
- Assist the Project team in mapping business readiness activities, including communication, stakeholder alignment, and training impact tracking.
- Provide coaching and floor-walking support during go-lives and critical cutover periods.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and delivering training programs, ideally within an ERP or enterprise systems environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex system functions into user-friendly, actionable learning content.
- Experience managing national training rollouts and working across diverse user groups and locations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively with operational, finance, and warehouse staff.
- Comfortable working in evolving, fast-paced environments where legacy knowledge is undocumented and clarity must be built from the ground up.
- Highly organised, self-sufficient, and adaptable. Able to juggle multiple training deliverables and pivot as the ERP program evolves.
- Willingness to contribute beyond training — including supporting BA work, documentation, or change coordination tasks when needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- National travel required to support regional training and go-live readiness.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate site schedules and critical deployment milestones.
- Collaborative, pragmatic team mindset — actively contribute wherever needed to ensure ERP program success.
