At Novon - Data is Beautiful. We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and support us in delivering projects that align to our focus areas of Data Advisory, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Science and Analytics, Data Migration and Data Integration

Living our values of Be Innovative, Be Curious, Be Humble and Be Yourself, we are excited to add another Technology Enablement Manager to our Novon community who will be working on a key project. This role will need you to be comfortable with spending time as a hands-on technical Business and Systems Analyst

As a TEM you will conduct system analysis by reviewing system/enterprise architecture and technically determining behaviour, structure and other features of our customer's system. You should have experience in development practices such as Design Patterns, Test-Driven Development, and Behaviour-Driven Development. Your strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) and your curious nature will be used heavily in this role.

**Skills & experience**:

- Technical system analysis
- Enterprise architecture reviews
- Ability to develop practices such as design patterns, TDD & BDD
- Cloud experience in AWS
- Strong technical background, can be tech BA
- Excellent soft skills & agile experience
- Technical skills; API, Integration, Postman, Swagger, Jira/Confluence
