**Are you a seasoned Tech BA with a passion for leading high-performing teams? **Join Westpac's Consumer Division as a **Lead Tech BA **and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our compliance program.

In this dynamic role, you'll **lead a team of talented BAs **, guiding them to deliver exceptional results. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure seamless implementation.

**How will I help?**
- Work with Business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems, business, processes, policies, information and data.
- Work with the Business stakeholders to translate the User Stories & High Level Requirements into Technical Specifications for the Application implementation teams
- Look for ways to accelerate requirements gathering and continuously improve
- Work with the Engineering and Enterprise Testing teams to validate the requirements which are built accordingly to the technical specifications
- Identify and define detailed system requirements and use cases
- Support the execution of product test and resolve issues
- Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
- Lead, coach, mentor and motivate other BA’s to uplift their capability and showcase best practice
- People management of BA’s that may include internals as well as partner resources

**What do I need?**
- 7 years + as an IT BA with skills in data analysis, system functional and non-function analysis experience (essential)
- Financial Services or Professional Services background (essential)
- Risk & Regulatory experience (essential)
- People management experience (essential)
- Extensive experience in JIRA, confluence, agile (desirable)
- A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
- Ability to work in office a minimum of 2-3 days a week
