This is a unique and exciting new opportunity that has now popped up for the right individual You will be working under the director of the business to assist her in multiple sectors of what she does to run Mura. From Photoshoots to Buying to Reporting to Team Management just to name a few, the role requires someone who has both a good creative eye but also strong skills in admin and organisation.
This will be an entry level position suited to all levels of experience and we are open minded to those who have no previous experience in a similar role Everything you need to know will be taught to you on the job, you just have to have the right attitude and willingness to learn It will absolutely be a high-paced ever-changing role so it is very much suited to those who are go-getters, proactive, willing to take on new challenges, capable of change and adaptation, and passionate to learn and grow their skills
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing direct support to the director, this includes but are not limited to
- PHOTO SHOOT ASSISTING: Model and location bookings, model dressing, time keeping, ordering lunch, setting up shoot area, grabbing props and required items for shoot before and during shoot, clean up after shoot, communicate with internal team for product information, etc.
- BUYING: Reporting, supplier communication, sample coordination, budget calculation, stock and sample pick ups etc.
- SHOPIFY: Using our e-commerce back end system to assist with product uploads and admin related tasks
- REPORTING: Completing daily reporting and monitoring budgets for the director
- CONTENT: Assisting in the edits of social media and web content, basic content creation and researching information on new apps and softwares for improved content etc.
- ADMIN: This entails all tasks that are provided by the director that may require heavy levels of communication with stakeholders, HR admin, creating and maintaining systems and processes, document creation and maintenance etc.
- TEAM: Assisting director with team meeting notes, agendas, meeting set ups, team birthday organisation, induction prep etc.
- PROJECTS: The director has new projects consistently throughout the year and you will be assisting throughout these projects
