About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Time Receptionist / Clinic Administrator (32–38 hours per week) to join our dynamic admin team.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our clinic — supporting our therapists and instructors, ensuring smooth operations, and helping clients feel welcome and cared for.

Typical duties include:

  • Managing reception (appointments, phone, email and walk-in enquiries)
  • Accounts receivable/payable, banking reconciliation, and payments
  • Stock monitoring and ordering
  • Preparing rooms for therapists, laundry, and general clinic presentation
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks, marketing, and social media projects

Hours:

Some early mornings (6:30 am starts) and evenings (until 8 pm) are required, plus occasional Saturday coverage.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who's the right cultural fit as much as the right skill set.

You will bring:

  • A warm, friendly personality with strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisation, initiative, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • 1–2 years of administrative or reception experience (allied health or medical preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher essential; advanced Excel skills required)
  • A working knowledge of Cliniko, DVA, WorkCover, Medicare, or insurance claims is a bonus
  • Minimum Certificate III/IV qualification
