The role is a dual based position where the main aspect of the role will be Customer Service focused. Here, we are looking for an individual who loves helping others and interacting with customers on a regular basis. Our service is about being solutions oriented and always striving to give each customer the best service we possibly can at Mura. It's also important to be able to think on your feet as every case is different and will require good problem solving skills.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Returns Processing;
- Liaising with external suppliers in order to resolve customer enquiries;
Additionally, the role will also include assisting within of our Admin department which is product creation. This part requires you to create our products using our E-Commerce platform, Shopify, for some data entry to create products for our website. This requires an individual who has great attention to detail and savvy with data entry as well as a good flair for fashion terms and products.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Creating individual products (both clothing & accessories) from multiple suppliers on Shopify using spreadsheets & the Shopify platform;
- Product pricing and markdowns;
- Product naming;
- Ensuring all relevant tags & collections are added to the product;
- Updating product collections;
- Promotional codes, markdowns, tagging & other updates to implement

You will also be liaising with multiple internal departments and be a part of a thriving and supportive team environment. As we are a growing company, new opportunities, training & career development is offered to the right individuals.

**Skills Required**:

- Love of customer service
- Experience using Shopify is preferred but not essential
- Experience using Zendesk is preferred but not essential
- Good with data entry
- LOVE fashion
