**Responsibilities**:

- Be the liaison between the client and the clinical team
- Manage the establishment and administration of customer accounts
- Manage invoices and related financial management issues
- resolve complex payment disputes
- Problem solve to ensure a continued and positive relationship with the client

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferably with credit assessment experience
- Developed communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations with people in distress
- Commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer service
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to work confidentially at all times
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and problem solve
- A positive and resilient attitude is essential
