About This Opportunity:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage relationships with 3rdparty logistics providers.
- Coordinate with internal & external logistics resources on ordering & replenishment processes (Inbound, outbound and transportation)
- Lead & coordinate the demand & supply planning / forecasting process throughout the organization.
- Coordinating internal & external production resources and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of products
- Coordinate with 3rd party merchandising partners throughout the region.
- Project implementation and management of continuous improvement initiatives
- Operational data management & reporting on operational KPIs
- Procurement of goods and services, securing service excellence and best pricing
- Reporting on & controlling of operational spend
- Communication and coordination with commercial teams to stay abreast of any promotional activity or other initiatives.
- Communication and coordination with Finance team to report on inventories and other financial aspects.
- Will support Southern APAC operations including matters in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and offer support for other countries in APAC.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of production, warehousing, and logistics.
- Experience with managing operational processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload throughout multiple accounts and projects.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with complex problem solving effectively.
- Effective business communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills are required.
- Strong commercial mindset and data analytical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- University degree plus a minimum of two (2) + years of related work experience.
- Previous experience working within retail and consumer product markets is preferred.
- Experience with multinational entities is a plus
