The People & Culture Team is looking for someone who is a passionate, adaptable and who will take ownership of supporting the recruitment and business partners to deliver outcomes in the required timeframes, ensuring compliance with applicable policies. You will support processes that will improve our employer brand and onboarding experience. You will provide generalist advice on policies, awards, best practice, and legislation. You will also be responsible for engagement initiatives and managing staff benefits program.

**About the Role**
- Assist in the Talent Attraction including onboarding and compliance protocols
- Assist in the Talent Management team in preparing works for our D.R.I.V.E program delivery
- Management of the team's communication platform
- Assist Head of People and Culture with project initiatives

**About You**
- Growth mindset and strong emotional intelligence
- Ideal for an entry level HR Graduate to commence your career
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management implementation
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to travel to various sites
