We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Payroll Administration Officer to join the team at Lorna Jane HQ.
About the Role
The People & Payroll Administration Officer will play an integral role within a wider People Team that supports a global retail network. This role will see you supporting the HR, Payroll and Recruitment functions through the effective management of our systems/platforms, administrative functions, as well as low-risk advisory support. Not only that, but you will have the chance to be involved in the development of some super exciting HR projects to further develop and engage the workforce.

**Major areas of responsibility will include**:

- Manage and maintain the HR System Support help desk, supporting enquiries being resolved and escalated within a reasonable period of time
- Manage the People Team inboxes, resolving and escalating enquiries as needed
- Manage all HR administrative tasks in line with deadlines to support Business Partners
- Support with part time variation system processes, ensuring schedules and forms comply with legislation and award obligations
- Liaising with Payroll Team in a timely manner to resolve payroll issues
- Organise and execute HR & Culture projects and initiatives ensuring these are aligned with EVP & Brand values
- Manage internal employee paperwork & contracts ensuring consistent data integrity
- Support with low-risk advisory cases and workers compensation claims
- Acting as a Lorna Jane ambassador, promoting our values and fostering a positive culture

About You
- HR-related qualification or working towards
- The ability to exercise sound judgement, take initiative, and challenge the status quo
- High level of attention to detail
