Part of the IDOM Innovations group, the business has locations across Australia and has recently opened its Global Head Quarters in VIC. The AutoFlip company is rapidly expanding and is looking for Sales Specialists to join their Head Office based team in **South Yarra, VIC.**

**About the role**

Working within a national team of sales specialists across Australia, you'll provide excellent customer service while helping to manage daily leads. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work with an energetic and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

**We are growing fast, so we have openings for entry-level and experienced sales specialists and are open to applicants of all experience levels.**

**You must have**:

- Experience in a sales or lead management role
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs
- Automotive experience desired but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
- Good computer skills with experience using CRM and lead management systems
- The ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
- Easy to adapt to change
