About The Job
As an Asset Management Consultant within the Asset Management Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality asset management products and services to Brightly's clients.

While primarily responsible for Enterprise Asset Management support, implementation and training services, you will also be provided opportunities to expand your experience and grow your career by involvement in a broad range of Brightly's asset management services projects.

You will work collaboratively as an effective team player, be client focused and display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Implement and deliver Brightly's asset management suite of software, including asset register, assessments, maintenance, finance, valuation and strategic asset management modules. Training will be provided by Brightly to the successful applicant in terms of consulting and implementation of our software.
  • Engage with and deliver both on-site and off-site client facing workshops to identify and document asset software configurations and asset management business processes such as, asset register hierarchal structures, maintenance workflows and asset register business processes related to asset accounting and valuations within Brightly's product suite.
  • Prepare and document comprehensive and concise reports, plans and business process manuals as they relate to asset management requirements, functions and processes.
  • Deliver both on-site and off-site training to clients in the use of Brightly's asset management software suite.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise to the ongoing development of Brightly's products, services and business processes.
  • Contribute positively to multi-disciplinary projects and the delivery of high quality outcomes to clients.
  • Assist and support other Asset Management Services team members in the timely, efficient and successful delivery of Brightly products and services.

What You'll Need

  • Education:

oTertiary qualification in a related field, whether it be Engineering, Business, Commerce, Science or a similar discipline (e.g. Information Management).

oPost graduate qualifications in asset management or a related field would be highly advantageous.

  • Experience:

o3+ years of experience in an asset management, maintenance management or engineering related role, preferably in an asset intensive industry, such as local/state government, utilities, facilities, transport, etc.

oPrevious experience / exposure to software implementation processes would be highly advantageous.

  • Skills:

oTechnical understanding of Asset Management related standards and regulations.

oProficiency in Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

oExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.

oStrong organisational, time management, and project management skills.

oAnalytical skills to efficiently solve client problems.

oAbility to travel as required.
