**Job Description** About the opportunity**

**Join our **Fitness and Wellbeing**vertical as an **Implementation**Consultant** **in Melbourne** to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into **Senior Software Consultant**, you will help us facilitate the implementation of a CRM solution for our Australian and New Zealand customers, from the initial scoping of customer engagement to final installation. Some of the other responsibilities include:

- Deliver a full cycle software implementation plan for customers, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Establish trust, transparent relationships, and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop/adapt migration scripts to enable data from Xplor owned or 3rd party CRM platforms to be migrated to Xplor Gym or Clubware.
- Conduct discovery meetings to gather information and perform gap analysis on the existing system, identifying areas for improvement and customization.
- Configure the Xplor Gym/Clubware to align with customer's specific business processes based on the outcomes of the discovery phase.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide status updates and progress reports on the implementation projects.
- Review and assist in the creation of training materials, ensuring they are comprehensive and effective in educating users.
- Participate in product improvement sessions, providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer interactions and implementation experiences.

**Location**: In this position, you can work from home 100% in Australia, provided you have full working rights. However, preference will be given to Melbourne where our office and majority of the team are based.

**Required qualifications for this role:

- At least 2 years of relevant software training experience ideally in the Fitness & Wellbeing / Gym Industry
- Advanced understanding of software systems - ERP, CRM, Member Management etc
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
